Run your courts from one screen.
Court Desk is the owner side of CourtLot. Your calendar, walk-ins, prices, payouts and analytics in one place, on a phone at the counter or a laptop at home. Free to list. We visit before you go live.
Already listed? Sign in with the Google account we set you up with. Staff use the invite from their owner.

Three things change the day you go live.
Your empty evenings get booked
Players search by sport and area at 11 pm and book for tomorrow with any bank app. You are not on the phone, and the slot cannot be double-sold.
Open games fill the pale hours
Weekday afternoons nobody books alone get filled by groups splitting the cost. You set the discount; the game only books once enough people have paid.
No-shows stop costing you
Players pay before they play. Cancel inside your window and you keep the share you set. Weekly payouts arrive with every line explained.
What your empty hours are worth.
Move the sliders to your venue. This is court price at your own rates, not a promise, and it already takes off our commission.
What are your empty hours worth?
Move the sliders. We only earn when a booking happens, so the honest number is what you keep.

Assumes open games and online bookings fill two extra hours per court a day, priced at your rate. Your hours already booked are yours; we take nothing on them.

- Bookings and revenue for 7 days, 30 days or 6 months, against the period before.
- Where every booking came from: booked on CourtLot, open games, tournaments, walk-ins at the desk, with what you keep from each.
- A demand heatmap by weekday and hour. The pale cells are the slots to open for games or discount.
- Export to CSV for your accountant.

Everything your counter does today, without the notebook.

Calendar
Every court, the whole week. Record a walk-in or block time in two taps; online bookings, open games and tournaments land here on their own.

Payouts
This week so far, and every week before it: bookings, gross, fee, net. Paid every Monday by InstaPay with a reference you can match to your bank.

Courts and prices
Peak, off-peak and weekend rules per court. Open-run windows with a discount. A cancellation window per venue, or per court when one deserves its own.

Bookings
Who booked, when, how they paid, whether they checked in. Cancel and refund a player in one tap when the roof leaks.
Forty players, three courts, nobody stacking paddles.
A rotation board for open play, free with every venue. The host runs it from a phone at the net; players watch the queue on theirs. Not one paddle left on the floor.
- Four ways to rotateComplete rotate, winners stay, split winners, or skill split. Change mid-session.
- One tap per gameStart the next four from the queue. Tap who won, or enter the score. Undo a mis-tap.
- Players see when they are upShare the link or put the QR on the TV. They join the queue themselves and their phone says "you're up next".
- TV modeThe same board in big type for a screen at the venue: live courts, the queue, the QR to join.

The host's board
Courts on top, the queue under them, the winners recorded with one tap. Works for badminton, pickleball, tennis and basketball runs alike.

On the TV
Open the board's TV mode on any screen at the venue. Players scan the code to join; the queue updates by itself.
Your staff see the counter. Only you see the money.
Court, start, duration. Free, no commission, kept out of payouts. It just stops the slot being sold twice.
Every booking has a QR. Staff scan it at the desk and the booking is marked arrived; the player's reliability goes up.
Maintenance, a private event, a league night. Blocked time cannot be booked and cannot overlap a booking.
Roof leaks, league night runs over: move a booking to another court or time, same price. The player is told and may cancel free if it does not suit.
Running late, asking about parking, need a racket: players message the venue from your page or their booking. Anyone on the team answers. No phone numbers change hands.
Add a manager or staff member by email. They sign in with Google and see only what their role allows. Remove them in one tap.

A tarpaulin for the gate. A QR stand for the counter.
When our team visits and you go live, we bring a printed tarpaulin with your venue name and booking code for the gate, and an acrylic counter stand with your booking QR. A player waiting for a court scans it, sees what is free, and pays on the spot.
- Printed with your venue name, on us
- The same QR on both: it opens your booking page, nothing to type
- Walk-ins who scan become online bookings you can see
- Reprint any time from the Walk-in poster page
Run a tournament. We may put money in the pot.
A venue tournament fills a weekend, brings new faces through the gate and gives your regulars something to train for. Propose one and we evaluate it. When it fits, we back it: cash added to the prize pot or entry fees waived for the first players, printed brackets, medals or shuttles, and a push to every player nearby on CourtLot.
- Your venue is live on CourtLot and registration runs through Court Desk, so entries and fees are handled
- Open to the public, with a date, a format and a realistic field
- Decided case by case after we look at the plan; not every tournament gets backing
- We answer within three working days, and the bracket, check-in and champion page are yours either way
Nothing to list. A small cut of the bookings we bring you.
A commission on each booking we bring you, agreed with you before you go live, with payment processing included. Walk-ins your staff record are always free. Busy venues can switch to a flat monthly plan instead.
Before you apply.
Do you sponsor venue tournaments?
Sometimes, after looking at the plan. Propose a tournament with its date, format, entry fee and expected field, and we evaluate it. When it fits, we add cash to the prize pot or cover the first entries, supply printed brackets and medals, and tell every player nearby in the app. Registration and fees run through Court Desk either way, and not every tournament gets backing.
We run open play with 30 or 40 people. Is there anything for that?
Yes. Court Desk has a rotation board for open play: a queue, your courts, and one tap to record who won. Choose complete rotate, winners stay, split winners or skill split. Players open the shared link or scan the QR on your TV, join the queue themselves and see when they are up on their own phone. No paddle stacking, no app fee.
We already have a booking or POS system. Can CourtLot work with it?
Yes. We can sync calendars both ways, send booking and payment webhooks to your system, and export data for accounting. Email us what you run and we will scope it with you.
What does it cost to list my court?
Nothing to list. We take a small commission on each booking we bring you, agreed with you before your venue goes live and shown in Court Desk under Billing. Payment processing is included. Bookings your staff record at the counter are always free. Busy courts can switch to a flat monthly plan instead.
When do I get paid?
Weekly, to the bank account we confirm on the verification visit. Your payouts page shows every booking with gross, our commission and your net, so you can check the maths.
Can players book my court for less than the posted price?
Only if you choose to. Open-run games only exist on slots you mark for them, typically off-peak hours you expect to leave empty, and any discount is set by you.
